Iām a certified 200-hour vinyasa yoga teacher and a lifelong student of movement and awareness.
To me, yoga is less about the shapes we make and more about the space we create ā in our bodies, our minds, and our lives.

My focus is on intentional movement, thoughtful sequences, and space to connect with your breath and body. Authenticity and consistency is they key to
building lasting practice that will hold you and carry you on and off the mat.Each practice is an invitation to be present in the moment, move with awareness, and build something meaningful from the inside out. The pace and tone may shift, but the focus is always the same: to help you feel fully grounded in your own experience.
I believe in the power of practice ā in its ability to meet us exactly where we are, and to guide us back to what matters. My approach is compassionate, grounded, and led by presence.
